The Headland model in one sentence
Brands lead the relationship. Bennett’s Headland leads the paperwork, payment, and port execution.
This structure creates clarity for buyers and consistency across programs: one execution desk, one contracting entity, one payment point.
What the brands do
- Brand teams typically handle:
- Buyer conversations and relationship management.
-Product fit, specification alignment, and program planning.
-Negotiation support and market guidance.
-Ongoing coordination and updates during execution (commercial execution remains through Headland).
Important: Brands do not issue invoices or collect payment.
